Hello, I'm Dr. Flora Sinha.
Â
Physician, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and coach who helps high-achieving women navigate the intersection of perimenopause, burnout, and the invisible pressure of holding everything together.
A little more about me...
For years, I was trained to recognize physiologic change in others — but like many high-achieving women, I learned to override it in myself.
As my own capacity began to shift in midlife, I experienced firsthand how confusing it can be when your body, your energy, and your emotional bandwidth no longer respond the way they used to.
What’s often labeled as “just stress” or “just hormones” rarely tells the full story.
Through both my medical training and personal experience, I began to see clearly what many women are never taught:
Burnout and hormonal shifts don’t happen in isolation — they amplify each other.
That realization changed the way I approached both my own life and my work.
I started applying what I understood about physiology, stress, and nervous system regulation in a more integrated way — rebuilding boundaries, shifting patterns of overfunctioning, and creating systems that actually supported how my body was changing.
Today, I guide women through that same process.
My work integrates perimenopause science with behavior change, mindset work, and nervous system regulation — not as separate pieces, but as a connected system.
Because this isn’t about trying harder.
It’s about understanding what’s happening in your body, shifting the patterns that are no longer sustainable, and learning how to lead your life with steadiness again.
